Synergistic Outcomes was founded by Anil Salick in 2003, with the doors opening for business in 2004. What began as a focus on personal development and motivational programmes has evolved, steadily and deliberately, into a trusted consultancy specialising in strategic planning, applied learning, and talent assessments.

Anil has been working in this field since 1996 — more than 27 years of practice across personal development, leadership, strategy, and talent work. He founded Synergistic Outcomes in 2003 to bring this experience into a dedicated consultancy.

Based in Durban, Anil works with boards, executive teams, leaders, managers, academics, and professionals — bringing a calm, insight-driven approach to complex organisational challenges. Over the years he has supported more than 200 teams, across more than 30 industries, in 11 African countries.

The practice operates through Anil's leadership, supported by a trusted network of facilitators, coaches, and specialists drawn in where a client's needs require it.
